The Roscongress Foundation and ITEMF EXPO LLC have signed a memorandum of cooperation.
However, due to the growing COVID-19 cases, the Governor of the Moscow region has banned any mass events, including trade exhibitions from October 21st till November 7th, 2020 (the decree No. 463-PG, 19.10.2020). This ban forces us to make a non-easy decision to postpone the event.
According to the analytical agency AUTOSTAT, for 6 months of 2020 the volume of the Russian market of new buses reached 6.2 thousand units, which is higher by 1% than the result of a year ago.
JAC Motors has received VTA certificates for the EAEU customs union for the new JAC Sunray model with van and minibus bodies. At the moment, the model is planned to enter the market of Kazakhstan, the possibility of starting Russian sales is still under consideration, the press service of "Jack Car" reported.
KAMAZ has won another tender for the supply of 200 electric buses to Moscow; it will deliver them in 2020 and will carry out their service for 15 years.
According to the analytical agency AUTOSTAT, in 2019 the market of new buses in Russia reached 13.8 thousand units, which is 6.3% higher than a year before. According to agency experts, this market has been growing for the fourth year in a row.
Russian bus market (excluding LCVs) has amounted to 1145 vehicles in October 2019, following a 2.0% year-on-year growth.
Moving to Brussels makes Busworld Europe bigger and better
PAZ has become the leader of the market, with around 60% share of the total volume. 713 PAZ buses have been sold in August 2019, indicating a 16.9% year-on-year rise.
